Sophie Bauer

Sophie is a linguist, freelance writer and human rights advocate. She has worked for Amnesty International, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and Mujer y Salud en Uruguay (MYSU) supporting diverse programmes and campaigns across Latin America, the majority of them in the field of sexual and reproductive rights. An insatiable writer, she started out as a student journalist for the Cambridge Tab and, whilst living in Chile, for the aptly named I Love Chile. She is also a regular blogger for the Huffington Post.
