The IPF’s correspondents are those who have continued to write for us frequently and who have specialised their reporting to a specific area.

IPF Crime Correspondent

Arpita has a Master's degree from the Centre for Criminology, the University of Oxford. Her research interests include questions of youth crime in the context of transitional justice and conflict societies. She is currently working as a research fellow for a leading think tank in legal policy based in New Delhi, India. Apart from academics, she loves to pursue her incredible passion in travelling, photography, music and conducting art therapy workshops with children in shelter homes across Delhi.

IPF Latin America Correspondent

Isabela currently lives and works in London with communications for the third sector, specifically Mental Health. She graduated from Kingston University London in BA Journalism with French. A Brazilian-Czech from Stockholm, she has journalistic experience in both the UK and her home country of Sweden.

Sina is a freelance journalist from Germany, currently writing from Cairo, Egypt. She holds an MA from The University of Dundee and an MRes from The University of Glasgow where she focused primarily on research and Russian Politics.

IPF South Korea Correspondent

Yaerin Ku is a student in Kyung Hee University, majoring in international relations. She has published several articles on the Korea Times, Korea Herald, Hankyoreh, Joongang Daily, and has appeared on ABC (Australia Broadcasting) as a guest speaker to discuss matters related to South Korea issue. She is a researcher at the Asia Institute, and also manages a news online platform, Unsilenced News, which sheds light on issues related to human rights, CSR, politics, foreign affairs, environment and sustainable development.
