Larona Lekgabe

Larona is a third year BSc Economics international student at the University of Leicester. In her first year she wrote for the lifestyle section of the school newspaper. Having developed an interest in Economics from a young age, she served as the Publicity Officer for the Economics Society in her second year. She is now the current undergraduate blogger for the Economics Department. Apart from writing her other interests include reading and meeting new people. And she cultivates the latter interest as a student ambassador and a peer mentor at the University of Leicester. She is also the President of the Botswana Student Union UK, a community made up of students studying in the UK originating from Botswana.
